Classpect/God-tier Title Commissions

infinitywhale:

Are you a fan of Classpect? Do you bemoan that I haven’t been doing super-detailed explanations again anymore? Well now in your chance to rectify that! For only $5 a page (approx. 700 words), you can get a hyper-detailed, super well thought out explanation of your Class and Aspect!

Not quite sure if you have your Classpect down perfectly? Well I’ve got a plan for that, too! For every Classpect explanation, you will get a free interview session with me, InfinityWhale, to help you out.

One both fronts, this is something I have sunk a LOT of time into. I have spent more than 100 hours and written more than 40,000 words by my estimate on the topic, and have interviewed more than 40 people with success rate of more than 98%.

Again, $5 per page, up to $20 for a full four page God Tier title bonanza, with increasing value for each increment. As you pay more, you get more features, including:

-A more detailed explanation.
-An explanation of your inversion.
-Examples of people with your title from all across literature.
-Explanations of both the Aspect and the Class broken down with regards to your specific Title.
-Interactions with other Titles of your choosing.
-Ideas for your Land and Quest based upon your specific circumstances.
-General ideas of powers you could eventually wield.
-Ever increasing polish with each increment.

So please, please commission! This will immediately go to my own finances, paying off people who I owe, and after that it will probably go to helping other people in need!

Satisfaction guaranteed, or I will help you find your Title again and do a one-page summary of the new Title, absolutely free!

sparkofstorm replied to your post: hey, what did you mean by ban hammer on fan aspects?
can you define your use of “valid", for me?

Acceptable within certain amounts of canon variance.

If there is a canon rule that is irrational (like gendered classes) I will ignore it. However, it makes no sense to have any Aspects beyond the ones that we currently have, so I don’t see it as valid.

realyandereguy asked: Roughly how dangerous would it be to prototype a Pinkie Pie plushie, pre-entry??

I don’t see why that would be dangerous, that would be FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN

srendarrsmercy asked: For the female counterpart for Prince could be Queen, considering queens in fairy tales are usually perceived as cold and sinister, and fit the one syllable rule. But yeah I don't know.

That works, but……

I made some fan Master classes…………

And one was King/Queen……….

sparkofstorm asked: hey, what did you mean by ban hammer on fan aspects?

The 12 Aspects form all of reality. The 14 Classes form 14 concise and simple points that you can move your actions to fit fairly easily. However, while there is room for more Classes, there is NO MORE ROOM for Aspects without dividing the Aspects to be too small to be reasonable. And Hussie has acknowledged this: fan Aspects are not valid.

While this works in theory, my biggest problem is the “One syllable rule". All Class titles are monosyllabic, and it’s hard to think of terms that match quite perfectly without breaking the rule. Very intelligent post, though, thank you!

Ah, but the “One Syllable Rule" only applies to the Classes that have thus far been revealed. Unless I missed Hussie confirming otherwise?

Also, if you translate the words into other languages (IE Magister becomes Meister), you could probably solve that problem.

No, he has most definitely confirmed the One Syllable Rule, as well as putting the ban hammer on fan-Aspects.

Hoever, the translation might be possible. I’m still looking for english-based substitutes.

eternalfarnham asked: I always thought that the gender bias was because classpect titles have their root in mythology, which tends to be outmoded in terms of gender - that is, classpects are a hyper-flexible mythology system, but they're constrained by the need to conform to the gender roles of the folklore of whatever culture got the game, in order to seem suitably historically accurate for players.

That’s a fair conclusion, but Classpect isn’t just about mythology, and just because our own system has got it’s patriarchal head up it’s ass doesn’t mean Sburb isn’t more open-minded. I refuse to believe that it would sacrifice accuracy in Classpecting somebody to cater to our mythological needs.
