I’ve actually said Heir of Void for Cecil, because he’s mostly given confusing vague facts and tries to make something out of it, changing the meandering, careful secrets to try and give people some idea of what’s happening while simultaneously trying to adjust the impossiblities to better work. I don’t know, thats what I get. He might be a Bard of Void, alternatively.

I admire Captain Jean-Luc Picard.  He truly doesn’t see race, or gender, or species.  Captain Picard just sees children–children that need to get the fuck off his Bridge right now.

Not only that, but he didn’t even hate children: Picard has a severe inability to express a sincere and genuine appreciation for children that cripples him. In the Star Trek: Generations movie we see the real reason that he seems to have such a distaste for children: he through himself into his work so much that he never had time to develop a family, and as a result never had the children he desperately wanted. It’s actually an interesting inversion on our current society: instead of being told that he’ll “want children when he’s older”, people just accept that he accepted a route that precluded children when in fact he wanted them all along. Also, we see that he is really good with children, like in the episode where he gets trapped in an elevator with three children and immediately knows what to do to help then calm down and works REALLY hard to get them to safety.

tl;dr: Picard is not sexist, racist, biased against anyone of any sort be they synthetic or organic, and even sacrificed his own desire to have children so that he could use his inherently caring nature in order to help the Federation instead.

GARRUS IS A FUCKING KNIGHT OF LIFE, WHICH IS APT WITH HIS COMPARISONS TO SHEPARD. IN-FUCKIN-FACT, GARRUS TENDS TO BE VERY GOOD AT THINKING ON HIS FEET AND USING HIS OWN GROWTH AND ENERGY TO MOTIVATE HIM, WHILE OBTAINING EVENTUALLY PIN-POINT PRECISION WITH HIS ACTIONS THROUGH INTELLIGENCE AND CARE, BUT HIS DESIRE TO CHANGE REALITY, GROW, AND CONSUME ENERGY BEING HIS DEFINING CHARACTERISTIC.

WREX IS A PAGE OF BLOOD, WHICH MAKES SENSE BECAUSE HE’S A FOIL TO SHEPARD IN LATER GAMES AS WELL AS A KING ARTHUR PARALLEL WHO BINDS HIS PEOPLE TOGETHER BY CALLING BACK TO THEIR SENSE OF PRIDE AS A SPECIES AND FAMILIAL CONNECTIONS, AS WELL AS PASSIVELY UTILIZING HIS OWN CLAN TO DO SO.

KAIDAN IS AN HEIR OF DOOM CUZ HE WAS GIFTED WITH INCREDIBLE POWER, STARK LIMITS, AND THE ABILITY TO SACRIFICE IN ORDER TO GET WHAT HE WANTED, PLUS HE KIND OF REMINDS ME OF WHAT WE KNOW OF PRE-ACCIDENT MITUNA.

ASHLEY IS A FUCKING KNIGHT OF RAGE BECAUSE SHE IS FOCUSED PRIMARILY ON NEGATIVE EMOTIONS BUT ULTIMATELY USES THEM TO PROTECT HERSELF, DRIVE HERSELF FORWARD, SOLVE HER PROBLEMS, ETC, THOUGH I WON’T DENY SHE’S GOT STRONG CONNECTIONS TO BLOOD IT ULTIMATELY SERVES TO REINFORCE HER RAGE.

TALI IS A BLOOD PLAYER, PROBABLY A MAID, BECAUSE SHE GOES FORTH AND CREATED CONNECTIONS TO EVERYONE AND BINDS EVERYONE TO HER IN THE NAME OF BROTHERHOOD AND FRIENDSHIP AND SHIT AS WELL AS INSPIRING HER OWN SPECIES (WHO SHE BECOMES A REALLY FUCKING GOOD LEADER OF) BY BINDING THEM TOGETHER AND USING THE HOMELAND (SUPER BIG FUCKING BLOOD SYMBOL) AS A TOOL FOR IT.

Still on my Pacific Rim & Mass Effect fan art obsession and based on the idea that if the Citadel Council heeded Shepard’s warning after ME2 and spent the next three years building a plan (Jaegers)  to fight the reapers. Each council race would have their own Jaegers, Systems Alliance’s N7 Jaeger Normandy Omega, the Asari Republic’s Destiny’s Embrace, Turian Hierarchy’s Digeris Theta and the Krogan Aralakh Crimson (Updated). Nobody who inverts is going to positively impact reality. Inversion is sitting on the side of the road and refusing to be who you are cuz you don’t want to. It’s rejecting your ability to impact reality in total.
